JADE: Solo Campaign
Pop reintroduction built through chaos, control and queer theatricality.
JADE’s solo campaign needed to feel like a reintroduction, not a continuation.
The new live world was built around a distinct creative identity developed in collaboration with JADE herself: camp chaos, queer theatricality and a sharp sense of eclectic, personal authorship.
The aim was not to erase the past, but to create a new world strong enough to stand fully outside the Little Mix universe. As Creative Director, Black Skull designed and directed the live campaign across awards-show performances, festival staging and an international headline tour.
The campaign unfolded as a full pop reintroduction: from the operatic pop tragedy of Angel of My Dreams at the BRIT Awards, through a slick chrome festival universe and the intimate queer-cabaret world of That’s Showbiz Baby!, into a 2026 festival finale where fallen angel mythology, acid colour, club energy and queer theatricality collide.
Across every stage, the campaign turned spectacle into personal authorship: bold, theatrical, confrontational and unmistakably JADE.

BRIT Awards
We created a show-stopping performance of Angel of My Dreams at the 2025 BRIT Awards with a five-act pop odyssey hailed as a 'hall of fame' performance moment.
At the heart of the screens sat a brutalist, operatic world - a stark, monumental landscape that became a visual metaphor for JADE's own relationship with the music industry. Towering Greek busts loomed over the stage, classical and imposing, only to crack, crumble, and collapse across the performance: a deliberate dismantling of old idols and inherited expectations, mirrored in real time on screen as JADE reclaimed her own narrative.

That's Showbiz Baby! Tour
In 2025, Jade took the spectacle on the road. Her debut solo headline tour saw the BRIT Award winner tear across Europe and America to sold-out crowds, transforming each venue into her own chrome universe - a night where the cabaret club collided with the gentleman's club. Feathers against steel, velvet against mirror-ball metal, razor-sharp pop delivered with theatrical excess and a knowing wink. Part revue, part fever dream, all showbiz - the tour cemented Jade as one of pop's most magnetic live performers.

Summer Festival Tour
In 2025, we created a striking chrome universe for JADE’s festival tour - a sharp, hyperreal world where fame, femininity, and pop iconography collide.
From Glastonbury to Mighty Hoopla, All Points East to Radio 1's Big Weekend, the stage became a scintillating reflection of JADE’s voice and vision: bold, spiked, and unmistakably hers.
Through sculptural chrome set pieces and immersive, high-gloss visuals, we amplified her musicianship and point of view - building a live experience that felt both mythic and personal, playful yet culturally sharp.

Graham Norton Performance
Jade turned her Graham Norton performance into a Midsommar-inspired ritual - white linen, paper crowns and eerie communion - a meditation on the obsessive nature of fandom and her love for her community.
